I HAVE A 1999 GMC YUKON, AWHILE BACK I WENT TO START THE ENGINE AND IT WAS LOCKED DOWN. THE MECHANIC SAID THAT THE INJECTORS WERE BAD AND REPLACED THEM ( I THINK THEY WERE USED). HERE RECENTLY THE ENGINE STARTED RUNNING ROUGH WHEN YOU WOULD PUSH THE GAS AND SMOKE WOULD BELLOW FROM THE EXHAUST. NEXT MORNING MECH. TOOK TO SHOP SAID THAT IT RAN FINE THERE BUT STARTED RUNNING ROUGH AFTER WARM UP, SAID THERE WAS NO CODES ON SCANNER, NOW HE IS SAING THAT THE BACK FOUR CYLINDERS HAVE FILLED UP WITH GAS AND HAS LOCKED DOWN AGAIN. WHAT IS CAUSING THIS? I NEED MY VEHICLE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND HE HAS NO ANSWERS!!!!!

Cylinders being filled with gasoline has to come from a leaky injector/s or fuel pressure regulator.

Could also be the coolant temperature sensor is locked up in the open loop mode or the oxygen sensor is not switching and computer throwing fuel at it when not wanted.
