I was driving down the road when the truck just quit
so I checked the fuel pump it was not turning on so I put in a new one still the pump would not come on so I check all the fuses they looked good I then replaced the fuel pump relay still no power to the pump. I do not have a volt tester but was wondering what else could it be. I even dropped the tank to check the wiring all looked good. Please help me solve this problem

You need a multi meter to test this. Drop your tank again and check for 12 volts between the wires going the fuel pump and a known good ground. If you have power check the ground wire itself that goes from the top of the tank to a bolt on the crossmember directly in front of the tank. There will probably be 6 inches of dirt around the bolt that holds the wire. Check for continuity between this wire and the frame. Hope this helps.
