Engine Mechanical problem
1997 GMC Truck 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 190000 miles
It will turn over but will not start it has a new fuel pump and when it rains it doesn't like to start some times it will some times it don't

on a warm dry day mist the electrical components off with water and when you see the electricity arc or the vehicle starts to hesitate you found the problem
