1985 GMC Truck 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual
When I turn my head lights on both my turn signals light up and stay lit. My voltage drops slightly, and headlights dim a little. Signal lights still work but blink very slowly. There are no blown fuses.

Check and test the turn signal flasher in the convenience center if okay test the turn/hazard switch
