1976 GMC Truck Transfer Case Swap

1976 GMC Truck V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

In my '76 GMC K15 I am replacing the broke NP203
T-Case. It is currently mated to a TH350 auto trans.
I found a working NP203 mated to a TH400. My
question is will it be a straight across swap or is there
a difference between the two trannies that needs to
be addressed?

No this will not be a straight swap the output shafts on both transmissions are dif the 350 being smaller than that in a 400 you can swap the input shafts in the transfer cases if you feel comfortable doing so
