I would start here first, Some owners may comment on an idle instability, low idle speed or rough idle.

Cause
Condition may be caused by deposits in the throttle body bore.

Correction
Clean throttle body bore and throttle valve plate of carbon using a shop rag and an appropriate cleaner. This procedure may be performed at any mileage necessary. Check to determine if the PCM calibration has been previously updated to one that includes the update for throttle body coking. If not, then update the PCM calibration to the latest calibration. Try this first.

I did that today. Will see how it runs tomorrow (drove about 2 miles and felt alot better though). There was quite a bit of buildup on the intake side of the throttle body is that indication that there is another problem that may need to be addressed

Cant say its another problem, but I would atleast see if this vehicle has the latest calibration in the ECM which would correct the rest of the problem.
