After shutting off the vehicle, I continue to hear what I believe to be the fuel pump running. I can feel a vibration near the gas cap. Also, and probably not related, there is a loud clicking coming from the engine after I rev the motor in neutral (manual transmission). The A/C on the vehicle ceased functioning about the same time as this clicking noise started. Any suggestions? Thanks.
