Van will not start unless some gas is poured in air intake runs fine and will restart but only if restart is within 5 minutes after shut off a good mechanic has looked at it and has no clue

Check for fuel pressure then check the injector under the plastic manifold to see if they are getting power or working at all. The lines are plastic and will break or crack, although you say it runs fine, so i'd try a pro injector cleaner first. Change your fuel filter as well.
