The fuel pump is new and I can hear it . However no fuel is being pumped from the tank. I undid a fuel line at the filter and then at the tank and had someone turn the key . I could hear the pump loud and clear but no fuel. If fuel is poured in carb it starts and runs until that fuel is used. The pump I replaced was only a year old and it stopped working.I am thinking that something else is wrong. The vehicle also drains batteries . Any suggestions.thanks.
