1995 GMC Safari fuel pump

I have a 1995 GMC Safari that is not getting power to the fuel pump. I replaced the pump, as it was under warrantee, and I also tried a new relay. Niether of these helped. I also checked for voltage at the plug where the pump connects but get no reading. Any further suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have any anti-theft controls on it?

It does not have any anti-theft controls.

I did some more checking and I am confident that I have a connection from the relay to the pump, but can't find any voltage reading at the relay.

Check your email for a diagram that shows a fuse that may have blown.

Thanks for the diagram. While tracing down the wires I found one that was broken. After splicing it back together the van started right up.
I really appreciate your help.
Thank you!
