Car will not turn over

I have a 1984 S15 with like 150k miles and yesterday I left my lights on and I had get a jump and accedent had cable crossed I notice fast and switched car started fine then this morning when I start my car I didnt let it run cuz its old cuz I was running late and it stalled and I try to start back up and would not turn over I replace the starter like 3 months ago so I think thats good and batter has juice cuz it sparks but car wont get any power what do u think it is?

This is directly out of the repair manual.
"Be certain to observe correct polarity connections. Failure to do so will result in almost immediate computer, alternator and regulator destruction. Never allow the jumper cable ends to touch each other."

It could also cook the starter. A lot to check. Start with the main ignition fuse. Then with the starter. If you do get it running take it to have the alternator tested.
