You need a special tool. Its called a small nail! Look on the arm and at the base you will see a set of holes. You lift the arm up, stick the nail through that hole to lock the arm in the air. Now look at the area where the arm connect to the drive segment. You will see a small clip that yo pull out on gently. Then just lift the arm off the drive spindle.
