My vehicle cranks over but won't start, was running good right before I turned it off though the check engine light was on. Fifteen minutes later I went to start it up it would crank and start for a few seconds then die. I have replace the fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pump relay appropriate fuses and oil pressure sending unit, to no avail. There is power going ito the oil sending unit but not ito the relay or the fuel pump. I noticed my check engine light fails to come on when I turn the ignition on.
I am at loss at what to check or do, can anyone help?

Check at the fuel pulmp to see if you have power there. Then check the fuse as well. See if you have spark, fuel pressure, etc. Then go to the relay and see I fyou have power there or not. I fyou don't then trace it further. You may have a short.

So if you have power to the pump on hte outside check that small harness. Sometimes they don't connect right either.
