Headlight flickering over bumps in road.

I have just recently purchased a used 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP with 12,000 miles on it. Everytime i am driving the passenger headlight flickers really bad to the point it is annoying me and other drivers as well. I had a 2000 Grand Prix GT with the same problem so i replaced the headlamp bracket and to no avail the same thing kept on happening. Can you help me.

could be dirt in the braket were the light bulb goes in. or a lose wire.

Cleaned the light bulb socket and connector tightened the bracket still flickers like crazy did not see any loose wires.
