Driver side mirror
GMC 2001 pickup, This will sound hard to believe but it is true. A pilated woodpecker pecked at our mirror on the truck and shattered it. How do we remove the broken glass and replace it. See picture. Thank you very much for your help.

I belive, not sure but, that you need to replace the whole unit, I assume its an auto adjusment meaning you can control the mirror itself with the botton inside the truck, like to adjust the mirror up and down, its not the kind with the push nob, correct?

Thank you for your info. We did go to the dealer and your right would have to replace whole unit. But a good samaritan gave us some good advice, go to an Auto glass shop. We did and they replaced the glass only for 20 bucks. A good thing to keep in mind.
