1997 GMC Jimmy Engine Size unknown Two Wheel Drive Automatic 300000 miles

Truck will not start but it turns over I have checked the fuel pump, starter, alternator, battery, relay, any suggestions?

Try some starting fluid sprayed directly in the throttle body, if it fires up its a fuel problem if not its probably spark related, check for spark at each cylinder, should be bright and blue.
