1996 GMC Jimmy code P1361 no start

1996 GMC Jimmy 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I went out to start my truck this morning and it started up and then died. It will not restart and the code is p1361 Ignition Control (IC) Circuit Low Voltage. The coil and ignition control module check out fine.

With the vehicle cranking, I'd check spark at the plugs and injector pulse. If you don't have any of that, check the circuits at the crank sensor. Ref voltage--ground--signal. You may just have a problem with a wiring circuit, somewhere.

I just wanted to add, you might check voltage on the white wire at the ignition module, with the vehicle cranking.
