Front Right tire makes sound you hear when putting a baseball card in spokes of bicycle while in 2HI. Gets higher as I accelerate. Turn on 4HI and the noise goes away. CV joints? U-Joints? Transaxle?

Sounds like you have a problem in the front differential. My bet is a partially engaged 4wd actuator.
