Electrical problem
1995 GMC Jimmy 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 180k miles

i have a 1995 gmc jimmy slt, i went to leave work tonight and turned the key to start the truck and absolutely nothing. all the lights came on, the fuel pump is new and turned on all electrical works, but the starter didnt crank, and there was no clicking of any type or anything. there was absolute silence when i turned the key in the start position, not even a click. i checked the fuses and battery cables and the battery had plenty of juice, and is brand new, everything was normal. any ideas as to what the problem could be? my truck is still sitting at my job, and i love my truck and miss driving it, lol. please help.

Load test the battery if okay make sure its cleaned and cables properly tightened. Your probable causes here could be the starter, park and neutral switch and ignition switch
