Jimmy won't start after a few tries, but then after a few hours being parked, it starts ... Very frustrating! We added 5oz of Lucas fuel treatment, then we added 5 gallons of gas... but still doing the same thing... it starts then later it won't start. What could be the problem? Fule filter?

When the problem occurs, have a helper crank it while you visually check for spark at the plugs. You can take a spark plug wire loose, use known good plug or spark tester in the boot. Ground metal part of plug/tester to metal part of engine, engine cranking, watch for spark. If you have spark everywhere use a gage and check fuel pressure. Some of the national brand auto stores used to loan out a fuel pressure gage, if you don't have one. Are there any applicable trouble codes?
