i have replaced sparkplugs, wires, Dist. cap and roter bug,

I am just guessing that its either the ignition coil or timing chain.

if it was the ignition coil, dont those just go out all together. disabling the vehical?

loose timing chain would be loss of power and rough idle

Check the engine compression to determine its internal condition. If it can produces equal amount of power through out the cylinders.

Check valve and ignition timing/look for vacuum leaks/test the ignition coil/check the fuel pressure/inspect PCV and EGR valves then report back your findings.
