What does it mean when your RPM's are to low? Do I need to seek immediate attention on this? Is it imperative the dealership handle it or maybe some locally owned mechanic I am comfortable with? Do you know how expensive it could be or what else could go wrong?

To many questions but only concerned.

Thanks so much

PCM controls engine speed, it uses an idle air control valve to control idle.

Low idle can lead to low oil pressure and possible damage to bearings, local mechanic would be OK, unless car is under warranty or there is a TSB concerning it.
