Hi, I have a 03' GMC Envoy and I can't figure why there is a tic sound when I'm driving it comes on then it stops I replaced my belt and I'm hoping its the tensioner going bad?

Possibly the tensioner, I would replace it. If tick continues, check oil pressure with a mechanical gauge, if OK then you could have a bad lifter (high leakdown rate).
This year also had a problem with the fan clutch making noise, GM should replace it free.
