2002 GMC Envoy Air Compressor Will Not turn on and Inflate

I check the fuses under the hood they all seem fine, what would cause the air compressor not to turn on?

a relay would cause this problem as well as the switch on rear axle might not be working. there is also a module by the rear axle that maybe unplugged. or a bad connection....
