New distributor and oil pump. 0 psi at idle, but it rises when you give it a little gas.

I recommend you check the actual oil pressure with a mechanical gauge and give us the readings-its not enough to blame the oil pressure switch-anything can go wrong here could be engine bearings/ etc-
