Hello,

I broke my interior door lever.(Or I could blame it on a careless mechanic servicing my car). To access the door lever assembly, I must remove inerior door panel and window crank.
How do I remove the Driver's side window Crank? I do not see any allen-head screw or clip that holds it on. Do I just pry it off or what...

If you try to just pull the crank off you'll break something. They make a special tool for this, but an ordinary coat hanger works just as well. Clip a piece of wire from a hanger about a foot long. Bend a small hook, like on a crochet hook, on one end of the wire. There is a "C" clip holding the crank on the shaft. You want to slip your hook between the crank and the door panel flatways 'till it hits the shaft. Turn the wire hook so it's toward the crank and pull outwards. You'll pull the "C" clip ouit and the crank will fall into your hand. The loop on the "C" clip will either directly inline with the crank knob or 180 degrees away from the knob. Hope this helps.
