I live in Arkansas where it is humid. If I leave my truck out instead of putting it in the garage or if it is raining, my truck does not want to start. Once it does start it runs fine. If I have left it in the garage it will start fine the next morning. What could be the cause of this?

Check yoru cam and carnk sensors as well as change your distributor cap. Also replace the rotor. It could also be the coil wire leading from the coil as they tend to go bad with age/heat etc.
