1994 GMC C1500 Truck has not been started or moved in 4 yea

One owner 1994 GMC Sierra SLE XC has been sitting for 4 years. This truck was running fine when I parked it 4 yrs ago before going overseas, and it has never been in the shop.. All fluid levels check OK. Have not even tried to start because I know gas tank is probably full of crap and radiator, engine oil, all need to be drained and flushed. Installed new battery and just bumped starter and engine turned over so it's not froze up. What do I use, or how do I clean out gas tank? Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.

You have two choices. You can disconnect the fuel filter and allow the pump to empty the tank into a different container or remove the tank and empty it that way. I do recommend blowing the old fuel out the of fuel line, fuel rail... If you do that, the new fuel should take care of the rest.
