1993 Geo Storm tachometer reading to high

Tachometer reading 3200rpm at 55mph. What should the correct reading be?

The SOHC, DOHC, and Automatic all have different final drive ratios and, the DOHC models are GSi models, they have a pretty high final drive, 4.11 I think, plus it depends on the tire size, smaller tires will have higher RPMs.
3200 doesn't sound out of the ballpark.
