I replaced the right CV axle about a week ago. The car drove fine for several days. Tonight I went to back out of the driveway. I put it in reverse and let it slowly back out of the drive. It jerked suddenly to a halt. I gave a little gas and it wouldn't budge. I put it in drive and pulled forward a few feet. Then I tried again and had the same result. I then tried just putting it in reverse and had the same jerking action. It seemed to drive forward fine. I was able to kind of rock the car while in neutral and got it to move further backward, but shortly it caught again. Any thoughts?

One of the bolts is missing holding the caliper to the steering hub. Now the hard part is finding someone with the bolt in stock.

Thought that might be it. Most parts houses have replacement bolts in stock.

I found the bolt at a junk yard. Auto part stores, the dealership, and home improvement stores didn't stock the size I needed. Thanks for your help.
