I just replaces the brake shoes, springs, and wheel cylinders in both rear drums, along with a few brake lines. After changing everything and bleeding the lines my brake pedal goes to the floor when i try to stop and I have little to no stopping power. Even if I pump the brakes with the car on it does not build up pressure. If I pump the brakes with the car off the pedal gets firm after 2 or 3 depressions. I'm not sure what to check now, and as this is my only vehicle and us it for work am going a little nuts. thanks for your help

You still have air in the system. First make sure the wheel cylinders are correct and installed correctly and that the bleeder is at the top. Make sure the shoes are installed correctly and adjusted properly. You ay have to back off the parking brake to get the correct adjustment on the shoes.

got it solved. It wasn't air in the lines but thanks for the help. I had a stuck parking brake cable that was pulling the shoes out of place, causing the cylinder to over extend and blow out its seals. thanks for the help though
