1994 Geo Prizm Car misses-after stopping then restarting

Problem started out of nowhere,starts up fine,drives perfect-after stopping at a store,restarting car,acts like it wants to stall,I give it gas and is ok but seems to miss after warming up.The next day it starts again with no problems.Checked timing,changed plugs,wires,fuel filter,pcv valve,does not jump out any codes.Also changed distributer cap and rotor-stil does the same thing-can you suggest the next thing to check?all the parts that have been changed seem to be all the original parts so far.HELP!
