Car died while on the interstate. Got it home no spark at plugs. Replaced ignition coil plugs and wires andf rotoe cap. Battery good and I have power at the rotor cao and coil. There is a capasitor should this be replaced and going to check to make sure timing belt did not break. Can you think of anything else I should try?

The capacitor is a filter that removes interference with TV and radio.

Most likely you have a bad ignition module (ignitor).

Doubtfull timing belt broke, although exhaust camshaft turns dist.

Rotate engine a few inches and watch rotor, if it moves, then belt is OK.

If not, then belt is broke and possible damage to valves and head.
