Gage not reading oil pressure

The oil gage was going from 0 to 80 back and fourth. I stop the truck check the oil and had oil in it. I parked truck because I didn't know what was going on. I changed the oil pump and pressure sensor. Still no reading on the gage. What should I do/

Use a live gauge and check the oil pressure at the block.

If pressure is good replace gauge

Yes, have a manual test done to confirm oil pressure. It may be just a bad oil pressure sensor
