Anytime I use the rear defroster it causes the other fuse to pop?

I realized 3 days ago that a fuse went out, if you look at the Nissan diagram it would be fuse 30. I replaced it and my compass, and A/C work now. Today it went out again, I got a circuit tester and I put in a new fuse, and it worked but the slots 22, 23, 24 are not getting any light or power when I hit it with the tester. Anytime I use the rear defroster it causes the other fuse to pop and the a/c not to work. How can I fix?

The fact that it pops fuse #30 points to the rear window control relay. I would swap it out to see what happens, here is the location for the relay (#5) and the wiring diagrams for the system so you can see how it works. Check out the images (below). Please let us know how it goes.

Ken, I realized today, that I started the car after putting a new one in, after I did so. It blew by just starting the car.

I assume you replaced the relay and the #30 fuse blew? If so do me a favor and unplug the A/C compressor and try a new fuse once again. Let me know. Also, is the rear defroster on when the fuse blows.
