I have been back to a repair shop about 4-5 times to try and have a knock at the very least known to me. I have had all tie rods (front inner & outer) replaced, both front lower control arms replaced, and the k cradle frame mounts replaced(gm). Other parts aftermarket moog.
I had 2 bad (loose) frame mounts, but all 6 repaired.
I have had discount tire replace and go through 4 sets of new tires because every single one seemed to be out of round. I know am riding Michelin defender and still have the tires walking with a 30mph roll. Been balanced and aligned numerous times. For my tire issue I have tried to get discount tire to perform the road force test with their machine, but never could get to that point.

I have a performance motor mount installed from Northstarperformance- if you know what they are I will describe what has happened. But the function of the mount is solid and working 90% strong. They have updated the mount because of one of their issues I am going through now. Regardless it works.

I have tried to get the strut mounts checked by techs and they tell they are ok. I have had them look at my axles and say they are ok. I personally think there is some concern with the halfshaft as they vibrate a lil through R, N, D.

I am at a loss and do not want to take it to a dealer because of trust issues in my area.
The noise can be heard/felt during initial stopping and acceleration. Also with turning as well.

Without seeing this myself this is the about the only thing I can say. And it may be the caps ontop of the struts are worn and clunking instead of moving freely and or one of the bolts or nuts are not torqued down to spec and are a little loose like possibly the axle nut or one of the parts that have been replaced or a bad wheel bearing. Other than that as everything else has been checked or replaced I can't really say

Well what happened was the boot got torn somehow either from something hitting it in road or just age. Then grease goes out and cv joint goes bad.
