I ran out of gas, gas it up, started a bit, now it won't start at all, how do I unflood it. Help.

Well. It would be good to know what year the truck and the engine size so people can know if it has fuel injection or a carb...

Knowing the year model and engine size would of allowed me to be more helpful. If you flooded the engine it should start after sometime has passed unless you fouled out the plugs. If this is the case you will need to remove clean and regap the plugs. If the truck has a electric fuel pump you may of damage it when you ran out of gas. If this is not the case then spraying starter fluid down the throttle body before attempting to starting the truck can help start the truck . Good luck

Thanks, got my truck started, plugged it, had it plugged overnight, this morning, got a boost, started, thank you so much for your help.
