Ford Windstar won't start

I have a 96 ford windstar with 107,000 miles. Two days ago the serpentine idler fell off and trashed the belt. I got the idler back on, new belt back on (that was a drag), but now the van won't start. My code reader returned a P0320 ignition/distributer engine speed input circuit malfunction. This code does not show up in my Haynes manual. What is it, where is it, better yet, how do I start the van? Any info would be much appreciated.

Does engine crank over? If so and still no start check for spark and fuel. Check timing belt to ensure it is still entact.

Engine turns over fine. At one point I thought it turned over a little slow, so I put the battery charger on for a while. It turned over a little quicker but still no go. Changing spark plugs was next on my list. 3 are easy but the other 3. Wow. Way in the back. Could the engine jump time that bad just from losing the belt? The other thing I found, was the old belt wrapped around the crank shaft. It didn't appear to damage the crank position sensor. Wires are still intact. What's next?
