MY HEATER STOPPED WORKING, NOW I'M LOSING COOLANT, I DON'T SEE ANY LEAKS IT'S AS THOUGH IT'S VANISHING. I REFILLED THE RADIATOR AND START TO DRIVE A SHORT DISTANCE WHEN THE TEMPERATURE LIGHT COMES ON THAT THE ENGINE IS RUNNING HOT. MY MECHANIC REPLACED THE THERMOSTAT, BUT DID NOT DETECT ANY LEAKS. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!

Check the oil for coolant. Will look like a chocolate milkshake on the dip stick and filler cap. Could be a waterpump. They are tuff leaks to find at first.

Good hunting. :)
