Digital Odometer and Speedometer

I have a 2000 Ford Windstar LX approx 98,000 miles. One day while driving our digital odometer went to dash marks and the speedometer stopped working. I checked the fuse and it was blown. So I replaced it and then shortly after replacing it and turning the engine on, it blew out again and both functions no longer worked. What can cause the fuse to continue to blow for these functions? PLEASE HELP!

Try the vehicle speed sensors-might have 2 of them one at tranny and the other at the dash
