My wife's 2002 Windstar is about to drive me nuts! It has roughly 78k on it. The issue started with P0171/p0174. Both of those codes have gone away, but it is now issuing p0301, which is a misfire on cyl 1. I have replaced in dealing with both issues all these:

MAF sensor
Plugs/wires, fuel filter, air filter, etc.
EGR Valve
Intake manifold gaskets
Cam Position Sensor
Isolator bolts
several vacuum lines that had deteriorated
Vacuum Reservoir

I believe that's everything thats been replaced. The CEL starts flashing about every 10 seconds or so, but the only code issued is P0301. It almost acts like the engine is not timed correctly, but I know that the PCM controls the engine timing.

Thanks!
