I've got a 2002 Windstar SE with 118K.

I need to keep it on the road for 2 - 3 years (40 - 60K more miles)

I've replaced battery, belts, tie rods, cv joints to name a few.

What repairs should I plan for so that I don't break down on the road?

I'm thinking water pump, fuel pump ...

Thanks

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. You are not only cuasing more expense, you may cause more greif if a replacement part goes belly up.

Do your maintenance- fuel filter, transmission filter, air filter, plugs, wires, change the coolant, Change the power steering fluid or brake fluid if discolored. Keep the oil changed every 3000 miles/3 months, clean the intake valves with seafoam, Clean the MAF with electriacl cleaner spary.
