2002 Ford Windstar O/D light flashes

When I raise the engine bit faster than normal rate specially after signal lights to catch up the 80 km/ph I see the O/D light flashes till stop the engine and next start will be smooth

The computer is picking up on a problem. What you need to do is have the computer scanned for trouble codes to identify where the problem is coming from. I would recommend having a trans mechanic scan it for you. Although most parts stores will scan for free, chances are there equipment won't pick up on a trans problem.
