2002 Ford Windstar Front Wheel Drive Automatic

HOW MANY 02 SENSORS ARE ON THIS VEHICLE. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT KEEPS COMING ON.
WE'VE HAD A TUNE UP DONE
WE'VE REPLACED 1 OF THE 02 SENSORS PER THE MECHANICS RECOMMENDATION AND NOW HE SAYS THERE IS ANOTHER ONE THAT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. IS THERE ANY REASON WHY HE WOULDN'T HAVE KNOWN THIS THE FIRST TIME HE PUT THE CODE READER ON THE VAN.

I would not want to contemplate why he failed the diagnostic the first time. But, before I even give an opinion, I would like to know the code number so I can give you the proper diagnostic.

To answer your O2 question, you have total of 4 sensors. One on each exhaust manifold, and two after the catalytic converters.
