My alternator died, once i had replaced it and the battery the warning light stayed on . I had the alternator retested on and off the van (13-14 volts under load) so no problen there. fuses all check out, battery still holds a full charge only problem i have is the light stays on. Is there a fuseable link somewhere i need th check. any ideas would be a great help.
thanks

There is a main wiring harness that rots out on these. It's a bear to get to as it is on the firewall side of the motor. This harness runs side to side and cause multiple electrical headaches. Access it, open it up and take a look.
