This is more of a modification issue but I would REALLY appreciate some help. I have a 98 Windstar cargo van that did not come with back seats, and I am wondering if it is difficult to attach seat belts in the rear cargo area to accomodate a bench seat or two captains chairs for the back to make it compliant for infant seats? I need two infants seats in the back. Thanks!

Installing safety belts is a very big deal, which should only be handled with qualified technicians. This is extremely vital to your safety, and I do not believe installing safety belts would be wise in a vehicle that was not designed for them in that area. It may not have proper strength in the area that needs the bolt to hold the mechanism in place. You may want to speak with your local Ford dealer about this.
