The check engine light came on and the van started running really rough. Took it to dealer and they said it was the intake o rings and # 2 missfire. We put on new intake gasket set, new plugs and wires. still running rough. checked codes at autozone and it said #2 missfire still. Wondering if it could be the coil pack causing this problem. Or if there is anything else we should check.

mine is doing the exact same thing expecially in an uphill pull or in the 40 to 60 mph range. i have been told by several mechanics that it is not the engine but the torque converter lockup mechinism which suprised me big time. Try the fuel filter first but it really sounds like the same thing.
