POWER STEERING

1995 Ford Windstar

Noises problem
1995 Ford Windstar 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 100, 00 miles

What may be the cause of whining and murmuring noise from the power steering system? At full wheel turns also sounds like farts, air leaving the system?
The pump has been replaced, and also the belts and bearings for the belt tensioner.

Sounds like it's still airbound, can be tough to bleed sometimes...Was it primed before being installed?
