2002 Ford Truck obdII error codes

I have an F150 4.2L V6 with a couple error codes. I will list them and maybe someone could suggest where to begin solving the problems. P0171: System too Lean, P0316, P0301: Cylinder 1 misfire, P0303: Cylinder 3 misfirealready replaced the plugs and wires and the problem remains. Thanks for the advice.

These all deal with cylinder misfires. This could be one or more of the injectors not spraying correctly or plugged. You could have the injectors professionally cleaned as it is different cleaner and installed differently from over the counter stuff. As well as change te fuel filter. Your pressure regulator could also be not working correctly.
