MY heater doesn't workin this freeeezing weather!?!?!

I own a 1990 ford tempo with a 2.3 4 cylinder engine. When I bought the car it needed a new heater core. So I replaced the heater core then it still didn't work. So I replaced the thermostat and it still doesnt work.So what else could it be? :?: :cry:

You are getting volume of air coming out, just no heat?

Or noheat, no volume of air?

Do you hear the blower motor when you turn it On.
